Race leader voting system at the start:
The list of candidates is formed by Contribution Points (CP);
The candidate's CP is fixed after registration;
Registration is available from Tuesday 00:01 to Friday 23:00 Moscow Time (Tuesday 21:00 to Friday 20:00 GMT;
Voting takes place from Saturday 12:00 to Sunday 22:00 Moscow Time (Saturday 09:00 to Sunday 19:00 GMT).

The first vote will be held on December 2-3

• level 49 - 10 points
• level 50 - 15 points
• Level 51 - 25 points
• Level 52 - 35 points

• Level 54- 65 points
• Level 55 - 85 points
• Level 56 - 100 points
• Level 57 - 120 points
• Level 58 - 150 points
• Level 59 - 170 points
• level 60 - 200 points
• Level 61 - 220 points
• Level 62 - 240 points
• Level 63 - 260 points
• Level 64 - 280 points
• Level 65 - 330 points

+CP according to the formula (number of CP/ 7000)
For example, the power of the vote of a level 53 character with 70,000 CP will result in 50 +10 (=60) vote points

Upon registration, the candidate loses 20% of the total amount of the CP
The voter loses 10% of the total amount of the CP
