Quest reward was slightly changed. If before it was
Quest -> Reward
Now it's
Quest -> Item For Reward ->Easy Quest From NPC PVP Vendor (taken with Item For Reward) , take quest and click "conversation" at NPC -> Reward
P.S. the quest from pvp npc vendor is also has 24h cooldown, You can;t complete same quests twice from 9am moscow to 8.59am moscow
If you didn't complete quest before for the last 24 hours and -
1) you still see an Old reward from quests (not quests-coupouns)
2) you can't take quest from PointItemNPC (NPC PVP Vendor) in HQ
3) you can't complete quest from NPC
Exit the game and click fix client in launcher updates tab.

1) Only for quests completed after 09:00 Moscow time (06:00 GMT, 13:00 WIB) on Monday 08.01.2024 (and further)
2) Only for quets completed in the last 16 hours
If you are sure that during the period 09:00 am - 08:59 am (06:00 GMT- 05:09 GMT, 13:00 WIB-12:59 WIB) Moscow time (23h59min) you have not completed this quest yet (you are doing it for the first time in a day), follow the next actions:
1) Write your Nickname
2) Write your quests you can't finish (shop 5%, group 3%, solo 3%)
3) sell to a NPC coupon-quest, that you have problem with
4) Write the exact time (Moscow time [ for example If Moscow time is 03:00, than GMT time is 00:00m WIB time is 07:00), date and day when you sold the quest-coupon (or when it's disappeared)
Next, we will check that you really did not complete this quests for the 2nd time during the period 09:00 a.m. - current time, and we will give you a %exp capsule (the capsule will be available only after you make a restart)
