I'm trying to update the client but the "Client verification progress" is stuck at 0%. The game folder is excluded in defender and the launcher is running as admin. How do I fix this? Thanks
We are aware of the problem and are actively working to resolve it. The problem will be probably fixed within a couple of hours, but if you need to log in to the game now, you can do the following:
1) Try to open the launcher and wait for 5 minutes
2) Try restarting the launcher a couple of times
3.1) Download the fully updated client via the link -https://cerberus-games.com/threads/connect-to-cerberus-stage-era.29973/#post-191483
3.2) In the updated client, when starting launcher, disable the "Auto update" in the "settings" tab of the launcher and restart the launcher (in the future, when updating the client, you must enable auto update, otherwise the client will not be updated)
Also if you can share your NetLog folder from gameclient folder and send it to us - it would have helped us in an expeditious solution to the problem (the folder can be zipped and sended on a forum or like sended on Google drive etc).
