CLIENT LAUNCHER NOT DISPLAY

I've downloaded it but after extracting the file and opening the RF clinet it doesn't appear, what's the solution? The antivirus has been turned off too

Change the game resolution to different, You can cnange resolution manuallly in R3Engine file inside game client
