FPS drop hard in middle crag mine

When I entered middle crag mine, my fps dropped hard ,this happened about 2 weeks ago after the last update.
There are only few players but a lot of mining tools.
My PC specs:
Intel core i5 6400
Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti
RAM 8 GB

I have tried this and it doesn't work ,fps still drop hard only in middle crag mine
