Catching system is a new techical feature that allows you to reduce the gap between high-level and low-level characters, increasing the gain of experience depending on the difference between the level of the character and the character of the highest level (on the server currently).
The greater the level difference between your character and the character of the highest level on the server (no matter the race), the more experience you will get for killing monsters.
Bonus for EXP working passively all the time.
Bonus from catcing-up-system is regulated by "Stages".
