Battle dungeon bugged

Our battle dungeon bugged and half of the party couldnt enter, including me, who opened the gate. It expired in much less than 1 second. We lost 7.5kk, when its hard for us to farm. Can we have our 4 fragments back?

Yea, that's why "last 5 minute record" is good for that, it saves last 5 minutes of your gameplay as video
