Cartella quests reward bug

Good morning.
I had a problem getting the quest that gives a grade 1 relic box from the cartella quests. I exchanged 30 emblems and 15 stones for the hero, got the card, and when I went to NPC 3 to get the reward, he wasn't accepting any more missions.

With that, I relogged. When I logged back in, the quest letter was gone.

Can you help me?

у меня точно такая же проблема !
обменял 30 зеленых на купон реликвии, квест не брался, а после релога он вовсе пропал
