launcher can't open while i'm runing

help me, why my launcher can't run, but i was download latest launcher and can't open while i'm runing it

1) Change any settings in launcher option (but not shadow setting) and then press "save"
2) after that click "fix client" in launcher update tab

Than you need to reinstall game client

Try run launcher with admin rights (right click on launcher - run as administrator)

Any error? Make sure your windows defender its turned off
