GENERAL CONCEPT:

  • Server client - 2.2.3.2.
  • Server protection - Cerberus.
  • System of "gates" to ensure minimal ping for players, with the possibility of choosing a gateway to connect to the server.
  • 3 phases with a maximum level of 65 (The first phase is up to level 50).
  • Cross-classes are available.
  • "Guild brawl" [More details at *link*] - a unique system on a permanent basis, with the bonus for guilds.
  • Guild store for buying in-game items with guild points. [More details at *link*]
  • New system of leveling guild skills (with guild experiece) increaseing guild characters stats (damage,hp itc.). [More details at *link*]
    • Increase effects for guils skills (for example attack max level 5% -> 10%). Reduced required amount of guild experience for leveling guild skills.
    • Added new "mini-Pit Bosses" with unique loot "guild skill capsule" that temporary increase stats for all guild characters.
  • A lot of achievements at the start of the server "FIRST ON CERBERUS", that allow players to receive prizes for being first in different spheres of gameplay. [More details at *link*]
  • Unique Easter Egg quest with 2.000.000 cash shop coins reward. [More details at *link*]
  • Automatic online web-auction (selling and buying with Cash Shop), for all 3 races. Includes item shop, character shop and resources shop. [More details at *link*]

RATES:
  • Premium does not give bonuses to experience gain. Premium gives Auto-Loot* medal(charm) and +1 speed sword. [More details at *link*]
    *The Auto-loot Medal does not work for turrets below level 50
  • Experience: "Dynamic" leveling rates + Catching-up-system (increase experience for not max level characters). [More details at *link*]
    • On the 1st week, the effect of the Catching-up-system is reduced by 2 times.

RACE SKILL CHANGES:

General changes (regardless of race):

    Reduced the cooldown of Melee Bash Explosion skill to 16 seconds;

    Buff effect "Concession"(counterattack) has been reduced by 2 times for characters with a basic Mage class;
  • Changed the effect of the criticial stun from mass attacks. (works only for players, changes do not apply to monsters). Now the anti-crit is calculated for each individual player affected by the mass attack. Previously, the anti-crit calculations were projected from the original target.
  • All races have 2 unique generators(charms), that increase stats of the characters. Generators(charms) have different effects and could be purchased with PvP points and Hunting points (separately).
  • Change leon machinegun weapon effects, (for example 55 leon 3GR) was (+30% attack, -30 accuracy, +25% block penetration, +10% HP ->> now +25% attack, +25 dodge, +20 crit., -15% HP).

  • Accretia Defense rune has a cooldown of 5 minutes instead of 10 minutes. The duration of the defense rune has been reduced to 10 seconds.

  • Accretia HDH jewelry rings now also give 0.5 speed as well as elemental rings.
  • Increase damage of PVP and leon grenade launchers.

DROP CHANGES:
  • Removed level drop loot penalty* from all mobs on Ether, turncoasts on Sette Desert, Lazhuwardians on Crag mine field and mobs in Desert of Hunters, Gathering Resources. About gathering resources - [More details at *link*].
    *Before when farming mobs there was a level drop penalty, that decrease amount of loot with level difference between character and mob.
  • Added a drop-level module-system. The higher your level (starting from level 50), the more loot you get from mobs at farm locations (means if you high level - you farm more than low level characters). [More details at *link*]
  • Slightly reduced farm from turncoasts at Sette Desert.
    • Increased drop rate for force reavers from sette turncoasts.
  • Reduced farm from mobs at HQ and outside HQ zones.
  • Excelsiar revalued by 10 times = Reduced drop of excelsiar by 10 times, and also decrease amount of excelsiar needed for crafting anything that need excelsiar by 10 times.
    • Drop of excelsiar is destributed in excelsiar box (drop from mobs is box with excelsiar, and from box with excelsiar is dropped 10 colors of excelsiar [saves space slots in inventory, instead of having 10 colors of excelsiar - only have 1 box with 10 color excelsiar inside]).
  • Changed farm in the Desert of Hunters zone. Increased loot in "small" mobs. Slightly increased loot in "big" mobs, and also increased their respawn to 30 and 45 minutes. [More details at *link*]
Chip and ore:
  • Chip - removed drop of palmas, didalos, knightwalker parts. Reduced amount of BD keys dropped.
  • Lazhuwardians have +1 ore in loot.
  • Sette guards have +2 ore in loot.
Rare ore:
  • Removed drop of Rare ore at HQ and outside HQ zones.
  • Changed loot from Master's gifts. [More details at *link*]
  • Master gift box no longer drop another types of master gift box (for example small master box can't drop medium or large master gift box itc.)
  • Increase drop of chaos potions from mid masters gift box.
  • Increase drop of 40% attack potions from large masters gift box (small masters gift box is still more valuable for farming 40% attack pontions).
  • Reduced drop of 50 type-B weapons from large masters gift box.
  • Significantly increase the chance of drop for elemental jewelry from recycling masters box.
  • 10 large masters empty boxes needed for a recycling masters box (instead of 50).
Leon box:

  • Added new Box with Leon blueprint. Drop from Leon blueprint box is random normal leon blueprint or gold leon blueprint. Box with Leon blueprint can be purchased from NPC Gold point.
  • Increase the drop chance for leon blueprint from Leon box.
Dungeon related (but not all dungeons changes [see below]):
  • Only a relict weapon can be dropped from relic weapon box.
  • Rewards for completing level 50+ dungeons (and small citadel) are distributed in a box (for example., a "reward box" drop from dungeon as a reward, and the rest of the possible rewards drop from this box).
  • Drop of HDH (big citadel) bd keys is removed for the 1st phase. HDH bd keys were replaced with mid citadel (new dungeon) keys for the 1st stage.
  • Increased chance of getting HDH (big citadel) rare reward box . Also, the higher level (55,60,65), the higher the chance of receiving a rare reward. [More details at *link*]
  • For 50-55(65) bd keys - only infernal and caliana are available.

PIT-BOSSES CHANGES:

  • No drop from PB during CW.
Elan PB and PB of "Big respawn":
  • Drop from monsters / PB (except DDD PB) of perf (high) elems has been changed to pre-perf elems. Perf elems only drops from DDD PB. The combination to improve the Preperf elemental jewelry to the Perf (high) elemental jewelry has been slightly changed*. [More details at *link*]
    *1 type of talic is used instead of 2, the chances of upgrading are increased, if unsuccessful, all items are burned, a combination with Elemental catalyst is available, increasing the chance of upgrading.
  • Big Pit bosses (such as DDD, Black sign, Izen itc.) have more HP. PB Draco HP is equal to PB Blood axe HP.
  • Dynamic drop from Elan PB and PB of “full respawn” for each phase.
  • Laboratory PB also have elementaly jewelry drop. [More details at *link*]
    • Added a new unique rare set of jewelry from the PB Laboratory drop.
  • Elan PB loot has been changed. Increased the level spread of type-C 50 weapons, added new globally redesigned elan relics (see below). [More details at *link*]
HQ PB, outside HQ PB and middle* PB:
*middle PB = Belphegor, Caliana princess, Earth quaker, Armored ghost, Strayer

  • Loot from HQ PB, outside HQ PB and middle PB is distributed into boxes of loot (for example armor box, or weapon box itc) [saves space slots in inventory].
  • Increase loot drop from HQ and outside HQ PB, that makes them more valuable for obtaining equipment (with additional information, that equipment from craft and dungeons is reduced).
  • Outside HQ PB respawn timer increased from 4 hours to 8 hours. Loot increased by 2 times.
  • Increase loot fron middle PB, that makes them more valuable for obtaining equipment (with additional information, that equipment from craft and dungeons is reduced). Also changed chance of loot for middle PB - before loot was split to 3 races (33% bellato, 33%cora, 33% accretia) and now loot is only split to 1 race who looted the boss (100% your race)(it means that loot for your race from these PB increased by 3 times [if before pb dropped 3 jewelry - 1 cora, 1 accretia, 1 bellato, so now it drop 3 jewelry of your race {same with armor}]).   • Change loot from PB Earth quaker - Rare ore boxes, talics, stones for upgrading (t3,t4,t5), UMT batteries x4 (no limit for level). [More details at *link*]
    • Increased PB Earth quaker spawn timer from 4 to 8 hours.
Sealed PB:
  • Sealed PB will not be available for several weeks from the start. Sealed PB will have 6 days respawn timer.
  • Sealed PB of Grade 1 and Grade 2 do not have guards. [More details at *link* (*link* will be available later)]

EQUIPMENT CHANGES:

Gold equipment:
  • Added gold pre-high jewelry to NPC Gold Manager (can't be traded, has same stats as pre-high elem jewelry).
  • Added pre-high elem jewelry to NPC Gold Manager (same jewelry as dropped from PB).
  • Added gold booster to NPC Gold Manager (can't be traded, has 30 anti-critical effect, has no slots for talic upgrading).
  • Added gold weapons to NPC Gold Manager (have 1-1 attack, but also have unique effects, can't be traded).
Talics:
  • Keen talic changed effect with upgrading [+2 (13% -> 10%), +3 (25% -> 20%), +4 (50% -> 45%), +5 (80% -> 90%), +6 (135% -> 145%)].
  • Grace talic increased effect with upgrading [+5 (60 -> 75), +6 (75 -> 105)].
  • Mercy talic increased effect with upgrading [+5 (60 -> 65), +6 (75 -> 90)].
  • Wisdom talic increased effect with upgrading [+4 (25%-> 30%), +5 (30% -> 40%), +6 (35% -> 55%)].
  • Darkness talic increased effect with upgrading [+6 (40% -> 45%)].
  • Destruction talic decreased effect with upgrading [+1 (10% -> 5%), +2 (20% -> 10%), +3 (30%->30%) and no changes further].
Ore equipment craft:
  • Ore crafting is available for all classes.
  • Increased the chance of crafting type-B equipment.
  • Additionaly increased the chance of ore crafting 45-53 Type-B armor.
  • Additionaly decresed the chance of ore crafting 50 type-B armor and weapon (but increases in PB).
  • Additionaly increased the chance of ore crafting 55 armor.
Jewelry:
  • Drop from monsters / PB (except DDD PB) of perf (high) elems has been changed to pre-perf elems. Perf elems only drops from DDD PB. The combination to improve the Preperf elemental jewelry to the Perf (high) elemental jewelry has been slightly changed*. [More details at *link*]

DUNGEONS(BD) CHANGES:

  • Increase radius of Protection Wave and Strength Wave (Support Buffs).
  • Protection Wave and Strength Wave (Support Buffs) are now working for wanted players.
  • No longer possible to put a Support team council into a wanted status.
  • Wanted players can join guilds.
  • Race leader chat ban has cooldown. Chat ban can only apply 3 times per day.
  • Nuclear missile now has a limited (temporary/rental) time of 12 hours (after purchase).
  • After successful registration in the council, the character loses 20% of the total amount of the CP.
  • Atfer successful vote for the council, voter loses 10% of the total amount of the CP.
Guild not main details:
  • To create a guild, the Guild Emblem item is required. The item can be obtained by combining x10 fragments of the guild emblem. Guild fragments of guild emblem are sold from NPC Hero for 5.000.000.

Zones and mobs:
  • Removed all the cloned mobs in the HQ.
  • Added additional turncoats spot in the Citadel of Elan.
  • Cartella laboratory is standard. No items are required to enter. At death, resurrection in the laboratory.
  • New locations have been added - Training Camp (new zone with monsters for leveling up level 50+ characters. Zones contain copies of spots and monsters from other zones with lowered experience and with no loot), Desolation Wasteland (new zone with the most terrifying and deadly monsters, whose trophies are very important for the characters of the highest level[60+]), Desert of Hunters (new zone for farming Hunting Points for 55+ characters).   • Added a daily event to the Desert of Hunters. [More details at *link*]
  • Additional spots are added to Outcast Land - 1 Fort naroom in a threatening passage instead of the spot of hellers, 2 Fort kukra in the twin vallet.

Start quests:
  • Reduced the number of monsters to complete start quests. Increased reward for completing start quests.
  • Start quests now have mission to kill mobs of +8 level higher than player (before it was +7)(which is more motivating to complete the start quests without losing a lot of experience [in comparison, if you do not go through the quests and level on +10 mob levels]).
  • Added additional reward as potion in some start quests.
  • Start HQ quest not giving CP as reward. CP in outside HQ start quest increased.

  • Reworked Daily EXP quests. Solo-exp Operation-N quest is shortened, gives 3% exp. Party-exp quest Deposit Information is changed from IzenRock to Assassin Builder B. gives 3% exp. PVP quests from elan now gives 1% exp (5 quests available). [More details at *link*]

  • Changed quests for 31 and 35 type-B armor. The level limit has been changed, the timer for completing tasks has been removed, and in some cases the quest chain has been changed.
  • PvP Elan quests:
    • NPC Vendor with PVP quests on elan is moved to the merchant before the PB Taraven.

Ore, mining itc.:
  • Mining available without HMS looted. [More details at *link*]
  • Reduced amount of max ore that can be mined by 2 times.
  • System-module that allows you to mining at the same speed at any point of mining area.
  • Speed of mining depends on the level of the character. For example, at level 65, the battery has x10 speed, and level 40 battery has a maximum x1 mining speed. [More details at *link*]
  • HP of automated mining tool depends on level of the character. For example, at level 40, UMT has 100,000 HP, and at level 50 225,000 HP.
  • Ore is revalued by 5 times = Increased drop of resources from ore by 5 times, increased the price of ore processing by 5 times, reduced the mining speed by 5 times, reduced the amount of available ore (in the mine, mobs, boxes) by 5 times. More details at *link*]
    Before, when mining for an hour, you mined out, for example, 5 stacks of ore, then processed these 5 stacks of ore for 800k each stack (4kk in total for 5 stacks of ore) and received 2 talics for each stack (10 in total for 5 stacks of ore), now for an hour of mining you will mine 1 stack of ore, process it for 4kk and get 10 talic for it. That is, the amount of currency for ore processing and the resources obtained in an hour of mining remains the same, but at the same time it becomes possible to process ore faster due to the fact that it is necessary to process not 5 stacks of ore but 1 stack of ore.

Runes, generators(charms), teleport scrolls:

  • Defense rune time effect has been changed from 30 seconds to 15 seconds (from 30 seconds to 10 seconds for the accretia race).
  • Added teleports to Elan, Beast Mountain, Outcast lands, Cauldron, Training Camp, Desert of Hunters, Desolation Wasteland and Black Sparking Stone, Soul Flame Stones at NPC Foreign Vendor.
  • Aattack and defense generators are combined into one attack+defense generator.

Fix previous error in information:
  • NPC Talic collector now an exchange of only 3 igno talic and 3 favor talic (instead of 1 or 3 talic options), loot is adjusted for changes.
  • Added new Box with Leon blueprint. Drop from Leon blueprint box is random normal leon blueprint or gold leon blueprint. Box with Leon blueprint can be purchased from NPC Gold point.
  • Master gift box no longer drop another types of master gift box (for example small master box can't drop medium or large master gift box itc.)
  • Buff Precise Striking effect change (30% attack, 30 PrecisionAccuracy -> 30% attack, 20 PrecisionAccuracy, 15 crit).
New in CBT version:
  • Buff Hyper R.P.M. effect change (15% attack -> 25 attack, 10 crit, 10 PrecisionAccuracy).
  • HDH jewelry now has sealed HDH and unsealed HDH type. Sealed HDH doesn't have any set effects and unsealed HDH has set effects.
