On Saturday, January 11, 2025, around 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM WIB, I purchased a Scroll Party Quest (5% Experience) for 333cc. Afterward, I clicked on the quest at the NPC Gatekeeper Assistant to claim the quest scroll. I decided to complete other DQ Exp quests first so that the Party Quest (5% Experience) could be done at the end along with the Solo Quest. However, at 2:55 PM, when I attempted to start the Party Quest (5% Experience), a notification appeared stating, "You are not qualified to do the quest." The 5% Quest had not been claimed, and the quest scroll had disappeared from my inventory. Could you please provide a solution for this issue?
